ABOUT ME
Molecular biologist and data scientist, specialised in the data analysis of high throughput molecular laboratories for the maintenance of the quality control following the ISO:15189. I have experience leading teams for the creation of interdisciplinary projects.

I am interested in the innovation and creationof pipelines for the automation of the analysis of big data. I have worked in high-throughput labs in the technical and data analysis departments.
Currently I am the Technical Lead for the Genomic Sequencing department of the company Cignpost Diagnostics. Here I am the expert in bioinformatics and in design of new studies looking for biomarkers that can be used for the diagnosis of cancer.
